About Us
Welcome!
We are so honored to have you here!
We are dedicated to providing a safe space for honest discussions, resources, limitless self exploration and learning material. Mental Health awareness and care is very important to us and we want to be a part of making your journey a little bit easier. Not only are we here through your mental struggles, but we’re here to help and support one another to maintain healthy habits far beyond.
We know how difficult and overwhelming it can be to search for reliable mental health resources, and that’s where we come in.
Before we share our sources, we do all the research and credibility checks for you. We take into consideration; affordability, schedule flexibility, convenience, adaptability and QUALITY. We hope to grow our list of resources and self help material over the next few months. You can feel free to explore more about our verified resources at our resource center. If you can’t find something you’re looking for, give us a message or share your own sources!
A Space to Discuss
Open discussions take place for a variety of reasons, whether that’d be to support one another, to gather feedback or simply just to get to know our friends of the community! Discussions may be held publicly or privately based on participant size & schedule. Time and places will be individually sent out and or posted on the Home page. Open discussions may not always be available, please refer to the blog or resources provided.
